I had the good fortune to find some (W.) German NATO Jerry cans at a garage
sale this summer for $5 a pop. Scoooped them up. They are the kind with
convertible labels that list the contents: Petrol, Diesel, Parrafin, Gear
Oil, motor oil, etc. They were used by a survivalist dude to store diesel.
Q: I've rinsed em out with gasoline, burning the dregs in the mower.
Mowing season is pretty much wrapped up. Does the teeny tiny bit of
residual diesel have any effect on the gas subsequently stored in these
cans? I don't theenk so, but correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks
