The idea with the park position sensor, is that the intermittent wipe is
achieved by a PWM with a variable frequency in the O to .5Hz and a variable
mark space ratio between 0 and 100%. . Thus .1 hz at 50% would give 5 secs
on and 5 secs off, at 10% would give 1 sec on 9 secs off. at 100% always on
at 0% always off. etc
