Niall,
There is a product that is used on aircraft windshields, but it is for the
restoration after it has been scratched. Once yellowed, I think that you have
to replace it with a non yellowing lexan type material. You can get it at Home
Depot but you might have to buy a large sheet. A model shop might have a
smaller amount. The yellowing is internal and molecular and cannot be
reversed.
