Uh oh. I was afraid this would happen. I looked the term up in a
dictionary (so much for that) but somehow it didn't sound right to me.
Probably doesn't exist.
"Ghost driver" would be a direct translation from German (which I felt was
a bit odd -- it should sound different in English). In German this is the
term for people driving on the wrong side of the road (which is especially
bad on highways as there are barriers between the two directions so even
if you realize your mistake you can't go over to the right side. Either
reverse right on the highway or go all the way to the next exit).
