Twit!
What of the 2.5L versions of the LR engines? The 3.5L stage 1 109s? The
200 tdi, 300 tdi the storm engine, the BMW diesel engine that the Land
Rover factory in the UK has been installing and shipping for years? The
3.9 and other versions of the V8? What about all those Japanese engine
Land Rovers that roll out of the factory doors in Australia?
Are you going to tell the Aussies that the car they purchase from their
Land Rover dealer is not a Land Rover? Are you going to tell the British
that the cars rolling off the line in the UK are not Land Rovers?
How stupid can you get!
When the Defender line comes back to the US will you be walking a dealer
picket line with a sign proclaiming that they are selling cars that are
not Land Rovers under the Land Rover name?
How about suspension?
A part of the "series Land Rover experience" is the ride. Why are you
not out there proclaiming that anyone who compromises the series Land
Rover "feel" with non-Land Rover parabolic springs is no longer driving a
REAL Land Rover?
Get a clue and stop being a parochial chauvinistic bigot. There is more
to the world than North America.
