I may be totally off base, but I thought they used the 2.5l petrol, not
the 2.25l to massage into the 2.8. Also, I believe it is stroked with a
custom crank. However, I have no idea if they bored it over as well.
As for the 2.25, 0.060" is the max I have ever heard of. The manual
suggests 40 thou. as max but a few manufacturers have gone over that.
