Here Goes,
- All the station wagons (except the tickford) had the "4WD SW" badges
mounted to the front and rear of the trucks (SI-SIII)
-Some non station wagons had a badge that said only "Four Wheel Drive"
These were fitted to mostly nothern united states and Canadian Trucks in the
early 60s.
-The tie-plate to mount both badges was only used on the front because there
was nothing to secure it to below the oval.
-There were no station wagons imported into the US after 1967 (only deluxe
hardtop 88s) So there arent many later trucks in the US with the SW badging
-Tire mounts could be on the hood (in which case a dished deluxe hood was
supplied) on the rear door or on the inside middle bulkhead (yes a 6.50x16
spare will fit there with the four seats (thats why the seat are slightly
angled) My 59 wagon had this middle mount.
Hope that Helps
-Ike Goss
